To be considered for a talk at the conference, an abstract must be submitted, and a scientific poster displayed/presented at the poster session.

For participation in the conference a separate registration is required.

Abstract Submission Instructions:

• Prepare your abstract in Microsoft Word and follow the abstract template file
• Name your abstract file following the format,“First name_Last name.docx”
• Font: Times New Roman, size 11
• Title limit: 175 characters
• Abstract text limit: 300 words
• The maximum size of your abstract file is 4 MB.
• In the abstract submission form, please indicate if you’d like your abstract to be considered for an oral presentation
• Abstracts that were not selected for oral presentations will be listed for poster presentations.
